Job summary

The Bastion Collection in Miami, FL is seeking a knowledgeable Sommelier to elevate our wine program across multiple concepts. This full-time, on-site role partners with culinary and service teams to craft thoughtful pairings and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage wine inventory, train staff on wine knowledge and service, and guide guests with enthusiasm and expertise, supporting revenue goals while upholding the group’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sommelier experience in fine dining.
• Strong wine pairing and wine sales capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and tasting notes.
• Excellent communication and guest-education skills.
• Relevant certifications (CMS, WSET) are highly beneficial.
• Experience managing wine lists and inventory in upscale settings.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to inclusive, guest-focused hospitality.
