COTE Miami seeks a knowledgeable Sommelier to elevate our wine program and guest experience. You will guide wine selections, train staff on wine service, and collaborate with the team to ensure flawless dining and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to every customer.
• Recommend wines based on price, taste, and food.
• Oversee wine service, storage, and staff training on wine selection.
• Ensure correct glassware and optimal wine temperatures.
• Maintain knowledge of COTE wine and food menus to drive sales.
• Enter orders accurately and coordinate with servers and management.
• Operate POS and other restaurant technology efficiently.
• Assist with inventory, cellar maintenance, and administrative tasks.
