COTE Miami in the Design District is seeking a skilled Sommelier to oversee our wine program and guide guests through thoughtful selections with confidence. You will collaborate with the team to elevate guest experience and maintain exquisite service standards.

The ideal candidate brings wine expertise (WSET 3 or CMS Sommelier preferred), strong English communication, and a team-oriented, professional demeanor for a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong wine knowledge and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to read, speak, and follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Experience in a fine-dining wine program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wine list and provide recommendations to guests.
• Train service team on wine selection and pouring procedures.
• Ensure wines are served at correct temperature and in proper glassware.
