Responsibilities include collaborating with the Beverage Manager and Executive Chef, managing the wine program, and delivering exceptional service while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to read, speak and interpret English documents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for the restaurant and wine program.
• Coordinate with Beverage Manager and Executive Chef on wine pairings.
• Provide attentive table service and wine recommendations.
• Mentor staff on wine knowledge and service standards.
• Maintain wine list, cellar organization, and cost controls.
