You will work closely with captains and kitchen team to guide guests through multi-course wine experiences, mentor staff, and contribute to a guest journey that reflects our accolades and commitment to continual learning.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and pairing principles.
• Experience in fine-dining with multi-course tasting menus.
• Ability to guide guests through wine selections with poise.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through wine pairings and selections to complement our multi-course tasting menus
• Perform precise wine service, including opening, decanting, and serving
• Manage the wine cellar, ensuring inventory accuracy and rotation of wines
• Collaborate with the chef and captains to align the wine program with the menu’s evolution
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff on wine knowledge and service techniques
