Gracious Hospitality Management's 550 Madison project in New York is seeking experienced sommeliers to lead wine service across three concepts, including COTE and Sushi Yoshitake. You will train staff, manage wine inventory, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand English and follow instructions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong wine knowledge and customer service focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS, reservations, inventory and Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to every customer.
• Recommend wines based on price, personal taste, and food pairing.
• Oversee wine service, storage, and train staff on wine selection.
• Ensure wines are served with proper glassware and temperature.
• Accurately take orders and communicate with servers and management.
• Maintain wine inventory and assist with stock checks.
