Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Crystal Springs is looking for an experienced Sommelier to join the team! This person will work closely with the Wine Director, educate restaurant staff, work dinner service in the wine cellar, update wine lists, participate in the annual Food and Wine Festival, and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Work the floor as a Sommelier when needed
• Host and serve dinner in the wine cellar
• Train restaurant staff during pre-shift
• Participate in wine tastings and food pairing decisions
• Conduct staff training on wine
• Maintain communication about wine news, memos, and incentives
• Update wine and beverage lists
• Assist with inventory and organizational projects in the cellar
• Create content about wine and events for social media
• Participate in festivals and special events

Additional duties:

• Maintain inventory systems
• Conduct wine education classes and tours
• Represent the resort at industry events
