Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Experience delivering business value through technology products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual and near-term technology roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into product plans, priorities, and milestones.
• Define and manage product backlogs aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write user stories.
• Prepare leadership presentations and decision-support materials.
• Work with engineering, Scrum Masters, and Agile delivery teams.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies across products.
