Job summary

IQVIA seeks a senior techno-functional professional to bridge customer needs and product strategy. You will translate complex requests into clear product requirements and collaborate across product, engineering, marketing and finance to position, price and support our solutions.

You’ll shape client engagements with tailored demos and robust, integrated architectures. You will train the sales team on new capabilities and ensure feedback from clients influences product and engineering roadmaps,

Qualifications

• Translate customer requests, competitive activities, and industry trends into value drivers for new offerings.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into product requirements understood by teams.
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders to validate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge, advice and support to customers to maximize IQVIA products/services.
• Conduct discovery calls and create customized demos/POCs per client requirements.
• Demonstrate innovative products to showcase features and value proposition.
• Contribute inputs for RFPs/RFIs and tailor solutions to integrate with client IT ecosystems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and finance to market, price, sell and service solutions.
• Build viewpoints and evaluate offerings in the market related to the product responsibilities.
• Train and develop sales teams on product advancements.
• Capture client feedback to inform product and engineering initiatives.
• Select and develop team personnel to ensure efficient solution engineering operations.
