Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior Advisory Services leader to partner with Global HQ Pharma clients, shaping and delivering high-impact engagements for C‑suite stakeholders. You will drive client satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and help exceed revenue targets through insight-driven dialogue and accountable delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams across technology, data strategy, and analytics, translating industry trends into differentiated value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, graduate degree or MBA not required but preferred.
• Minimum 12 years’ professional experience in technology/data & digital strategy consulting or the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, with demonstrated career progression.
• Strong commitment to and experience within the life sciences and/or healthcare space.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, developing people, and delivering high‑impact client engagements.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear strategic direction and high-quality leadership across projects, shaping actionable recommendations for client priorities.
• Communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders with rigorous thinking and strategic coherence.
