Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Sales Solutions Representative in Birmingham, AL to prospect, present Vector’s residential and commercial solutions, and manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to documentation. You will engage customers, meet quotas, and collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure successful installations and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Ability to build relationships and generate new business.
• Present complex integrated solutions for large commercial environments.
• Must be able to close sales and negotiate effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential and commercial solutions and achieve bookings, revenue, profit, and units targets by scheduling appointments and meeting customer needs.
• Continuously generate and track new leads; maintain a viable sales pipeline; document activity in CRM.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and certifications.
• Uphold relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and responses to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to market products to new customer segments.
• Coordinate with design/operations teams for commercial and residential installations as appropriate.
