Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a platform engineer to own the demo environments and production-ready prototypes that support a Solutions and presales organization. The role sits between Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Product Engineering, and DevOps, delivering end-to-end demos and self-service sandboxes.

You will automate provisioning, curate knowledge, and ensure production readiness, collaborating across teams to accelerate time-to-demo and improve security posture.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of platform engineering/DevOps experience.
• Experience provisioning Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments.
• Automation using scripting, IaC, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of demo environments, including provisioning and refresh cycles.
• Build self-service sandbox environments for partner teams to demo independently.
• Design automation to shorten time-to-demo and reduce manual work.
• Curate knowledge bases for security questionnaires, RFPs, and trust inquiries.
• Run inventory extracts and pricing pulls to support consolidation.
• Own field-built prototypes from pilot to production with hosting and support.
