Job summary

Aderant Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Platform Engineer to ensure the reliability and availability of the global product demonstration platform used by the Sales and Solutions Consulting teams.

This role operates the Expert Sierra tenant configured to mirror a client production environment. You will troubleshoot across the full stack, manage access with Azure/Entra ID, coordinate deployments and patches, maintain demo data, and document procedures while collaborating with infrastructure,

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support engineering, systems administration, or platform engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting across applications, servers, databases, authentication, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the availability, stability, and functionality of the Expert Sierra demonstration environment.
• Troubleshoot issues across the platform, including application servers, MS SQL Server, authentication, and integrations.
• Investigate system-wide issues and coordinate resolution when problems involve multiple applications, services, or teams.
• Manage user access and permissions through Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support deployment and updates, coordinating maintenance windows and patches across all demo instances.
• Document platform configurations, troubleshooting procedures, dependencies, and support processes.
