Job summary

Siemens is hiring an Operations Manager, Solutions in Boise, ID, to lead and direct execution across customers in the assigned area. You will drive profitability, operational excellence, and delivery performance while aligning with Siemens SI B standards.

Collaborate with PMO, Operations Excellence, and LPO to leverage shared capabilities for premium project delivery. You will manage workforce planning, support Sales with pricing and scope, and ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years leading operations in a project-based, building automation or engineering environment.
Strong financial acumen including revenue, margin, cost control & cash flow responsibilities.
Experience partnering with Sales, PMO, and operations organizations.
US work authorization without sponsorship.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end operational performance across the assigned area, aligning with standards and processes.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual budget commitments for revenue and margins.
Plan, direct, and oversee activities to support sustainable growth and project execution excellence.
Monitor project performance to control costs, risk, and scope, schedule, and cost parameters.
Collaborate with central Operations teams to leverage tools, resources, and best practices.
Provide operational and technical support to Sales, including pricing guidance and bid strategy.
Lead workforce planning: hiring, developing, and performance-managing resources.
Ensure balance sheet, cash flow and working capital targets.
Maintain alignment with Area General Management on market strategy and growth.
