Job summary

Siemens in Utah and Idaho seeks an Operations Manager, Solutions to lead and direct operational execution across customers in Sandy, UT and Boise, ID. You will be accountable for profitable growth, operational excellence, and delivery performance, aligning with Siemens SI B standards.

You will partner with central Operations functions—PMO, Operations Excellence and LPO—to ensure the use of shared capabilities and premium project delivery.

Qualifications

• Basic leadership and financial oversight experience in a project-based setting (HS diploma acceptable).
• Ability to partner with Sales, Project Management and operations teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational performance across the assigned area while adhering to standards.
• Meet or exceed budget commitments including revenue, margin, and operating margin targets.
• Direct and oversee activities to support sustainable growth and project execution excellence.
• Monitor project performance to control costs, risks, and scope, schedule, and cost.
• Collaborate with PMO, Operations Excellence and LPO to leverage standard tools and practices.
• Provide pricing guidance and execution strategy for competitive bids.
• Lead workforce planning and resource development to meet business needs.
• Ensure balance sheet, cash flow and working capital performance align with expectations.
