Qualifications

• On-the-job experience with System Automation/Building Automation startup.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a technician team.

• Ability to travel up to 10% and operate a company vehicle as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor the System Specialist team; set goals and monitor performance.
• Schedule and assign installation and commissioning tasks; ensure plans and costs are met.
• Maintain and improve project margins for technical support programs.
• Develop and use project plans; monitor execution and review customer feedback for retention and growth.
• Coordinate between sales, engineering, and execution teams to minimize cost and delays; manage P&L for assigned projects.
