Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development of winning solutions for Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
• Own staffing model development, savings/improvement plans, and pricing analysis for client value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, SMEs, and Marketing to tailor compelling client reports and solutions.
• Coordinate resources across geographies to ensure solution quality and bid success.
• Present data-driven solutions to clients and facilitate smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
