JLL seeks a Solutions Manager for Enterprise Portfolio Solutions to drive winning client solutions across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage. This role partners with sales leaders and SMEs to craft tailored value propositions, coordinating staffing, pricing and delivery strategies across geographies.

• 10+ years of JLL or industry-related experience required.
• Proven track record in leadership or complex roles.

• Ability to lead development of creative or unique solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of winning solutions across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
• Coordinate staffing, savings/improvement plans, technology solutioning, and financial analyses.
• Partner with sales leaders, SMEs and marketing to craft tailored value propositions.
• Present solutions to clients and drive bid-to-win outcomes.
• Manage cross-geography coordination and delivery quality across service lines.
