Job summary

JLL in Chicago area is seeking a Solutions Manager for Enterprise Portfolio Solutions to lead development of tailored client offerings across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.

You will partner with sales, subject matter experts and marketing to craft compelling value propositions, coordinate bidding processes and ensure delivery readiness in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid role with multiple office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of JLL or industry experience.
• Leadership and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• MBA preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead through influence, not direct management.
• Proven leadership in complex roles.
• Partner with internal SMEs and sales to craft value propositions.
• Able to work in a high‑pressure environment.
• Build successful relationships across teams.
• Coordinate with Sales leads, SMEs, solutions teammates, and clients.
• Own bid scope and pricing alignment; ensure delivery readiness.
• Communicate and present account team, solution structure, and delivery approach.
