Job summary

JLL is seeking a Solutions Manager to lead the development of winning Portfolio Solutions for Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage. You will own staffing models, identify savings, drive technology solutioning, and perform financial analysis to show client value.

The role requires high energy, leadership, and the ability to coordinate across geographies while shaping compelling client proposals and ensuring profitable deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of JLL or industry related experience required.
• Proven track record in leadership or complex roles.
• Strong background in Operations on account, TM Brokerage, or Portfolio related services.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of winning solutions for Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
• Own staffing models, savings/improvement plans, and pricing for proposals.
• Coordinate resources across geographies to ensure quality of proposed service offerings.
• Develop and present clear value propositions to clients and assist in the bid process.
• Partner with Sales, SMEs and marketing to tailor solutions and improve win rates.
• Create financial pricing models and conduct profitability analysis.
• Manage overall process, governance and risk in pursuit activities.
