Job summary

JLL is seeking a Solutions Manager for Enterprise Portfolio Solutions to lead development of winning solutions for Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage. You will own staffing models, savings plans, and pricing, coordinating with sales, SMEs, and marketing to present compelling client value propositions.

You will collaborate across geographies, optimize bid processes, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact portfolios for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• MBA is preferred for advanced guidance in strategy and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of tailored solutions across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
• Coordinate staffing, savings plans, technology solutioning, and financial analysis for value proposals.
• Partner with sales, SMEs, and marketing to deliver compelling client reports and proposals.
• Drive process improvements to increase win rate and profitability.
