Job summary

UPS is inviting junior and senior undergraduates and recent graduates to join an 11-week Solutions Summer Internship program in the U.S. to explore engineering, technology, finance, and supply chain design/optimization with the Sales organization.

You’ll develop consultative selling skills, collaborate with operations, solutions engineers, healthcare, sales and leadership to deliver value-driven outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Rising junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months
• Must have a mode of transportation and be located in the job location or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Reviews account information to identify opportunities and guides sales on positioning
• Implements a post-sales process to measure solution success
• Works with cross-functional teams to solve customer challenges
• Learns consultative sales to evaluate a customer’s supply chain
