UPS is seeking highly motivated junior and senior undergraduate students, along with recent graduates, to join our 11-week 2027 Solutions Summer Internship Program. The U.S. Customer Solutions team is responsible for developing a thorough understanding of customer processes and business objectives while articulating the value that UPS can provide as a partner. This position leverages UPS’s expertise in engineering, technology, finance, and supply chain design/optimization by collaborating with the UPS Sales organization to enhance customers’ businesses through value-added solutions. The Solutions Intern will work alongside local members of our U.S. Customer Solutions teams to support mid to large-size projects. This internship program provides an excellent learning environment, and UPS is seeking talented interns who are excited to learn new skills and aren't afraid to tackle big projects. With access to leadership staff and mentors, the interns will have a meaningful and supportive experience.
