Job summary

UPS is seeking highly motivated undergraduate and recent graduates for the 11-week Solutions Summer Internship Program (2027). The U.S. Customer Solutions team works to understand customer processes and business objectives, articulating UPS value as a partner.

Interns will join local teams to support mid-to-large projects, gaining leadership exposure and mentorship in a collaborative learning environment. The program provides an opportunity to apply engineering, technology, finance, and supply

Qualifications

U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided.
Rising junior/senior or recent graduate within last 24 months.
Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Review account information to identify opportunities and support strategy meetings.
Implement a post-sales process to measure success of solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, solutions engineers, healthcare, sales, marketing, leadership).
Learn consultative sales approach to evaluate a customer’s supply chain and present UPS solutions.
