Job summary

UPS is launching a 2027 Summer Internship Program designed to provide hands‑on experience in a technology‑driven environment. Interns will collaborate across teams, shadow departments, and participate in company events to gain a broad understanding of UPS strategies and operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing technical or business analytics degrees, with strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Paid internship with mentorship and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, IT, Business, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 24 months.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with industry‑specific tools is a plus.
• Interest in exploring multiple aspects of corporate business.
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and project implementation.
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts, AI tools, or workflow automation solutions is a plus.

UPS Digital, formerly UPS Capital, is evolving into a technology-driven business unit focused on creating innovative digital solutions that power commerce and logistics. As part of this transformation, we’re excited to launch our 2027 Summer Internship Program, offering students hands‑on experience within one of our key departments aligned to their skills, interests, and career goals.
