Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Group Specialist to manage the quote-to-cash process for Solutions Group clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate billing.

You will own end-to-end order lifecycle, coordinate with Sales, Service and Billing, and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate invoicing and collections. Strong communication, data accuracy, and familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office are valued; a 2-year degree and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business administration, finance, or accounting related roles.
• Experience in customer services, order management, billing and collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end book-of-business for Solutions group.
• Coordinate with Customer Onboarding to assign orders to accounts.
• Own quote-to-order lifecycle, amendments, quoting, invoice validation and collection support.
• Liaise between internal and external customers to ensure service quality.
• Oversee purchase orders, pricing and contracts.
• Review invoices for pricing accuracy before billing.
• Monitor outstanding bills to ensure timely payments.
• Act as subject matter expert for USS products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
