United Site Services seeks a Solutions Group Supervisor to lead a skilled team delivering world-class customer experiences for our Solutions Group customers. You will guide sales, service, and billing processes, ensuring speed, clarity, and quality in every contact.

The role requires people management, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in coaching and performance delivery. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth within USS.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 Year / Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.
• Experience leading customer service teams and driving performance metrics.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Call Management System and ensure adequate coverage.
• Generate monthly metrics and scorecard reporting.
• Track and approve employees in payroll system.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure excellent experience delivery.
• Lead, hire, train, and supervise Solutions Group Specialists.
• Plan daily work schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Coach and develop team through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Drive KPI attainment and continuous process improvements.
