Job summary

United Site Services in the United States is seeking a Solutions Group Specialist to manage the quote-to-cash process for Solutions Group clients, ensuring a seamless order-to-cash experience from sales through billing.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with the Customer Onboarding team, verify invoices, monitor payments, and act as a subject-matter expert for USS products and services while delivering accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance or accounting.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, order management, billing, and collections or sales operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and process orientation.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end account management for Solutions Group book-of-business.
• Coordinate with Customer Onboarding to assign orders to accounts.
• Own order lifecycle from quote to order, amendments, invoicing and collections.
• Act as liaison between internal and external customers to ensure service quality.
• Review invoices for pricing, products and service frequencies before billing.
• Monitor outstanding payments and assist with collections.
• Serve as subject matter expert for USS products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
