Rox is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering. You’ll run deep technical demos, design integrations across data warehouses and GTM tech, and shape the way Rox presents its platform to customers.

Your work will directly impact deal velocity and customer outcomes, with growth opportunities as the team scales in Austin. You’ll join a fast-moving, product-focused environment where you translate complex data workflows into clear customer value,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of data warehouses and GTM stacks.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record partnering with Sales and Product to drive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Run high-impact technical demos in collaboration with Sales to support deals from first call through close.
• Design and explain integrations across data warehouses, CRMs, AI agents, and GTM tooling.
• Lead technical discovery conversations to surface real customer problems, not just stated requirements.
• Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Improve Rox's sales motion by refining demo narratives and technical positioning.
• Help onboard and train new Solutions Engineers as the team scales.
