Rox is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering. You’ll run deep technical demos, design integrations across data warehouses and GTM tech, and shape the way Rox presents its platform to customers.
Your work will directly impact deal velocity and customer outcomes, with growth opportunities as the team scales in Austin. You’ll join a fast-moving, product-focused environment where you translate complex data workflows into clear customer value,
Rox is building the AI-native revenue operating system for modern go-to-market teams. Backed by Sequoia, GV, and General Catalyst, we’re working with some of the most ambitious enterprise teams to replace fragmented CRM workflows with intelligent, autonomous systems. Rox connects data across the GTM stack, deploys AI agents to do real work, and gives revenue leaders a clear, shared picture of what actually drives outcomes.
We’re a small, fast-moving Series A team taking on one of software’s most entrenched categories — and we’re winning by combining deep technical rigor with obsessive focus on usefulness.
Solutions Engineering at Rox is not a support role — it’s a product-shaping, deal-defining function. This team sits at the center of Sales, Product, and Engineering, and is responsible for turning Rox’s technical capabilities into undeniable customer value.
You’ll be joining at the ground floor of the Midwest SE team. A Solutions Engineering leader is coming on board, and you’ll work alongside three in-seat SEs in San Francisco while helping establish how this function scales in Austin. The patterns you set — how we demo, how we scope, how we integrate, how we sell — will become the blueprint for the company.
This is a Solutions Engineer role for someone who is equal parts technical, customer-obsessed, and opinionated about how great sales engineering should work.
You’ll spend your time embedded in real deals: running technical discovery, designing integrations, and leading demos that show customers exactly how Rox fits into their data and GTM environment. But this role goes beyond execution. You’ll identify what’s broken or inefficient in the sales process and fix it — improving demo flows, tightening technical narratives, and raising the bar for everyone who comes after you.
If you enjoy being the person in the room who can both go deep technically and translate complexity into clarity, this role will feel like home.
Rox is scaling quickly, and the way we sell matters as much as what we build. This role exists to ensure that our technical story is clear, compelling, and grounded in real customer impact — and that it stays that way as we grow.
If you’re excited by ownership, influence, and the chance to help define a function from the ground up, this is one of those rare roles where your fingerprints will still be visible years from now.
