Job summary

Rox in San Francisco is hiring for a GTM Talent partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across AE, MM, BDR, SE and Partnerships. You will build sourcing pipelines using AI-native tooling and manage agency relationships while shaping Rox’s talent strategy.

The role requires ownership mindset, high collaboration, and a track record of moving quickly in a hyperscale SaaS environment; you’ll work closely with our Head of Talent in a dynamic GTM stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience in an AI-native environment.
• Experience hiring AE, MM, BDR, SE, or Partnerships talent.
• 3+ years in a hyperscale SaaS environment is a plus.
• GTM fluency with knowledge of org structures and brands.
• Proven track record of rapid sourcing and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM roles: AE, MM, BDR, SE, and Partnerships
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using AI-native tooling
• Run structured interviews and contribute to hiring bar calibration
• Manage agency and partner relationships end to end
• Build and ship internal recruiting tools and automations (Claude, Ashby, Slack, Notion)
• Own reporting and pipeline visibility for GTM hiring teams and leadership
• Represent Rox at events, on calls, and in every candidate touchpoint
• Get hands-on with the Rox product itself and dogfooding features
