Job summary

Field Nation is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our Professional Services team. You will design end-to-end work order lifecycles, translate customer goals into technical configurations, and build scalable workflows on the Field Nation platform.

You will lead customer discovery, deliver prescriptive training, and drive adoption of best practices for a 1099 marketplace. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Program Management, and Engineering to execute projects, manage pilots,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in solution engineering, implementation, or technical training in SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Proven experience leading workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Strong technical background with experience designing and implementing workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of API concepts and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end work order lifecycles prioritizing automation and adoption for scalability.
• Translate business goals into technical configurations for platform implementation.
• Lead integrations and API support from discovery to go-live and post-launch.
• Deliver prescriptive client training focusing on workflows and rationale for adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, PM, and Engineering to execute complex projects and mitigate risks.
