Job summary
Salesforce Field Service is expanding its Field Service GTM team. The Field Service Product Specialist will be the technical heart of the sales motion, architecting solutions using Salesforce Field Service and related technologies, and leading proof of concepts to win enterprise deals.
You will own the technical vision from discovery to deal close, deliver executive-ready demos, and work with Account Executives to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software pre-sales or solution architecture with field service focus.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service or equivalent field service platforms.
- Ability to architect end-to-end solution designs for complex deployments.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions and creating roadmaps.
- Executive presence for demonstrations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery to deal close.
- Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and architectural presentations.
- Lead technical design sessions and translate requirements into architectures.
- Perform hands-on proofs of concepts using Field Service and Agentforce.
- Develop solution roadmaps delivering measurable operational outcomes.
- Drive customer adoption and usage post-sale in partnership with Customer Success.
