Job summary

Okta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer understanding of our Identity Platform. The role focuses on driving technical solutions and demonstrating product value in a customer-facing capacity.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of pre-sales engineering experience in SaaS, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in web and mobile technologies. The position will require some travel and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience selling SaaS products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas quickly.
• Hands-on web and mobile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team as a technical and domain expert.
• Understand customer challenges and provide relevant demonstrations.
• Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts for customers.

Skills

Pre-sales engineering experience selling SaaS products

Experience with network security protocols

Education
