Job summary

Okta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a functional business consultant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of pre-sales engineering experience and a strong focus on customer service. You will collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate Okta’s solutions and help customers navigate their technical challenges.

This role also involves providing feedback on product improvements and staying current with market trends. The position is based in Arizona and includes an attractive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience with SaaS products.
• Experience communicating complex technical ideas effectively.
• Experience with network security protocols such as OAuth and SAML.
