Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive business growth in the North American robotics and automation market. You will serve as the primary technical interface for key actuator accounts, delivering customized solutions and leading technical sales proposals throughout the project lifecycle.

You will partner with HQ R&D and Product Management, support GTM initiatives, manage revenue and supply, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (Required).
• Deep technical knowledge: motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, encoders and sensors.
• Strong PM capabilities and external communication; ability to lead proposals and deliver customized solutions.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% and eligible for US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relations & Technical Sales: act as primary technical interface for NA actuator customers, provide guidance and support throughout lifecycle.
• Customized Solution Proposal: analyze requirements to lead Technical Sales Proposals and deliver optimized solutions.
• GTM Strategy Support: collaborate with sales to support go-to-market initiatives with technical expertise and customer-facing engineering support.
• Pipeline Support: identify opportunities through customer interactions and project support to grow the pipeline.
• Market Presence Enhancement: represent actuator solutions at industry events and meetings to raise brand awareness.
• Revenue & Supply Management: oversee revenue, order management, supply chain coordination, AR tracking.
• Project Leadership: coordinate schedules, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• HQ Collaboration & VOC: document customer needs and relay them to HQ R&D and Product Management; ensure cross-functional alignment.
