The role requires guiding cross-functional partners, delivering executive reporting, and shaping the regional strategy to accelerate robot components growth. Travel up to 50% may be required and a US work authorization is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 10+ years of experience in components sales.
• Minimum 5 years in robotics and automation.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and talent development (Required).
• Strong reporting, forecasting and organizational skills.
• English proficiency; able to work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and develop talent.
• Localize HQ strategies for the North American market and craft GTM plans.
• Oversee revenue, forecasting, and executive reporting to leadership.
• Grow key accounts and manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery.
