Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive business growth in the North American robotics market. You will act as the main technical interface for actuator customers, leading technical discussions and delivering customized solutions from project initiation through delivery.

You will partner with sales on GTM strategies, identify opportunities, manage risk, and coordinate with HQ R&D and Product Management to ensure successful, on-time project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (required).
• Deep technical knowledge in motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, encoders and sensors (required).
• Strong project management capabilities and external communication skills (required).
• Native or near-native English proficiency (required).
• Willingness to travel 30%–50% and US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface for North American actuator customers, guiding applications and developing customized solutions.
• Lead Technical Sales Proposals and design/deliver optimal customized solutions.
• Support GTM initiatives with technical expertise and customer-facing engineering support to drive actuator adoption.
