Solutions Engineer driving business growth in the North American robotics and automation market based on engineering expertise. Responsible for proposing customized solutions utilizing deep technical knowledge in motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, encoders, and sensors. Serves as a primary business Point of Contact (POC) for key actuator accounts in North America, acting as a bridge between technology and sales by managing the project lifecycle, establishing business plans, overseeing revenue, and collaborating with HQ R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relations & Technical Sales
  • Technical Point of Contact (POC): Serve as the primary technical interface for North American actuator customers, providing application guidance, developing customized solutions, leading technical discussions, and supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Customized Solution Proposal: Analyze customer technical requirements to lead Technical Sales Proposals and design/deliver optimal customized solutions.
• Strategy & Business Development
  • GTM Strategy Support: Partner with sales to support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives by providing technical expertise, application guidance, solution recommendations, and customer-facing engineering support that drives actuator adoption in the North American robotics market.
  • Pipeline Support: Identify technical opportunities and emerging customer needs through customer interactions, application discussions, and project support activities, helping sales teams expand and develop the project pipeline
