Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Robot Actuator Solutions in the North American market. You will drive business growth through engineering expertise in motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, encoders, and sensors, acting as the primary technical contact for key actuator accounts in North America.

You will collaborate with HQ R&D and Product Management, manage project lifecycles, and contribute to revenue growth while traveling up to 30-50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields required.

Responsibilities

• Customer relations & Technical Sales: serve as primary technical interface for North American actuator customers, provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Customized solution proposals: analyze requirements to lead technical sales proposals and deliver optimal customized solutions.
• Go-to-Market strategy support: assist GTM initiatives with technical expertise and customer-facing engineering support.
• Pipeline and market presence: identify opportunities and represent actuator solutions at events and meetings.
• Revenue & project management: oversee revenue, order management, and AR tracking; lead projects to on-time delivery.
