Job summary

LG Electronics in the United States is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive growth in North America robotics and automation, leveraging deep knowledge in motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, encoders and sensors. You will serve as the primary technical POC for actuator accounts, leading technical discussions and customized solution design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM fields is required.
Deep technical knowledge in motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, encoders and sensors is required.
Strong project management skills and external communication experience are essential.
Native or near-native English proficiency required.
Ability to travel frequently (30% to 50% of working time) and valid US work authorization are required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical interface for North American actuator customers, providing application guidance and leading technical discussions.
Develop customized solutions and lead Technical Sales Proposals to deliver optimal outcomes.
Support GTM initiatives with technical expertise and customer-facing engineering support.
Identify opportunities and help expand the project pipeline through customer interactions and project support.
Coordinate with HQ Product Management and R&D to convey VOC and drive product development aligned with customer needs.
