Job summary

Infisical is seeking an exceptional Solutions Engineer to accelerate customer adoption and success across onboarding to long-term usage. You will work directly with the CEO, sales, and engineering to demonstrate technical value, guide implementations, and expand product usage.

You’ll run proofs-of-concept, activate new customers, and serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing friction and feeding product roadmap insights.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps; open source contributions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations and discovery calls with customers.
• Run proofs-of-concept and guide onboarding across architectures and use cases.
• Be a trusted technical advisor and help customers improve product usage and roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate with CEO, sales, and engineering to drive customer success.
• Improve documentation and public materials based on customer feedback.
