Job summary

Infisical is seeking an exceptional Solutions Engineer to help grow our customer base and ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success.

You will work closely with our CEO, sales, and engineering teams to demonstrate technical value, drive successful implementations, and expand product usage across accounts. You’ll guide onboarding, run demos, host webinars, and contribute to knowledge sharing for customers across the board.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps; open source contributions a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Based in the Central or East Coast US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide onboarding and best practices.
• Activate new customers, ensure they are happy and have questions answered.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
• Partner with account executives to lead demos and discovery calls.
• Talk to customers daily to identify friction and feedback for product roadmap.
• Understand user journey and help shape UX/DX roadmap.
• Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders.
• Improve documentation and public materials based on feedback.
