Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will provide pre-sales consultation, enablement, and education to partners across cybersecurity, hardware, software, and cloud solutions to grow partner practices.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) across multiple US offices and requires strong relationship-building, the ability to translate technical concepts into business value, and experience in a multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering and technical enablement.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities
