Job summary

Proficio is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the US (travel required) to support PoCs and demonstrate our extensive security capabilities. The role is based in a major US metro area with travel to customers and occasional visits to Irvine, CA.

You will be a technical resource for the sales team, designing dashboards in SIEM and presenting differentiated security solutions. Successful candidates will bring SIEM expertise, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills to engage both

Qualifications

• SIEM experience required, Splunk ES preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, PCI, QSA, CEH encouraged.
• Experience in a services org in a pre-sales role is desired.
• Exceptional communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS and OS/RDBMS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical resource to drive PoCs and design dashboards in the SIEM.
• Design and execute demos in the portal to showcase security monitoring capabilities.
• Support the sales team to ensure timely closing of deals with Prospective clients.
• Act as primary escalation point for technical issues to support the sales team.
• Bridge sales and implementation with clear solution design and transition planning.
