Testkube, LLC is seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to own the customer journey from first touch to successful adoption in a remote-first, async-friendly environment. You will collaborate with Account Executives to support multi-month POCs and craft architectures for cloud-native test orchestration.

You will demonstrate deep technical skills in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD, driving discovery, demos, and architecture discussions while helping customers evaluate and implement Testkube at

Competenze

• At least 2 years in a Solutions Engineering role with a proven track record supporting multi-month POCs.
• Experience with formal POCs—align success criteria, overcome technical hurdles, and monitor progress.
• Deep technical depth with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker architectures; experience with cloud-native deployments (EKS, GKE, VKS) and testing pipelines; familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub).
• Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and communicate effectively with both senior engineers and leadership.

• Own the account lifecycle from discovery to adoption and renewal.
• Lead deep-dive discovery, show/demos, and evaluate technical fit during POCs.
• Collect and communicate Voice of the Customer to influence product decisions and patterns.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure ongoing customer success post-POC.
• Partner with customer-facing DevOps for deployment-level support while focusing on solution Architecture and relationships.
• Share knowledge across SEs to drive team-wide wins.
