Job summary
DevZero is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our platform capabilities and customer needs. You'll work directly with engineering teams to help them understand, implement, and maximize the value of DevZero's Kubernetes optimization platform.
The role involves partnering with sales, conducting demos, guiding customers on optimization strategies, and creating guides and best practices to scale adoption across diverse environments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Background in DevOps or platform engineering; FinOps is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to provide technical expertise during evaluations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and PoC deployments.
- Help customers design and implement optimization strategies.
- Create technical documentation and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and work with product/engineering to improve the platform.
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders at customer organizations.
