Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer II to serve as the technical expert during the sales process.

You will partner with Account Executives to deliver deep demos, tailor solutions to customer requirements, and drive complex opportunities to closure with confidence. You will support a full pipeline, deliver product demonstrations, and maintain demo environments while staying current with product features and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a sales, technical support, or engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting associations or nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations showing value and capabilities across multiple opportunities.
• Partner daily with Account Executives to win new business, providing technical expertise and sales support on opportunities moving through a 90-day (or shorter) sales cycle.
• Understand customer requirements and develop and implement a customized solution that aligns with their goals.
• Plan and prepare for each demo with minimal guidance to ensure sessions run smoothly and on time.
• Respond to technical questions and provide product training and troubleshooting support during evaluations or pilots.
