Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for its nonprofit segment to translate customer goals into Salesforce-based solutions. You will deliver compelling, story-driven demos, respond to RFPs, and craft technical viewpoints aligned with industry knowledge.

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment
Previous sales experience preferred
Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred

Responsibilities

Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio
Earn the technical win through compelling demos and presentations
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge
Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform
Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value using AI tooling
Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts
Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams
Participate in ongoing training and certifications
Travel domestically up to 20%
