Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support development of service estimates, project assumptions, risks, and pricing models for CSE engagements.
• Assist in creation and review of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather, analyze, and organize business, technical, and operational requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in discovery calls and requirements discussions; identify gaps and risks.
• Develop structured solution recommendations for senior review and refinement.
